Afternoon with the Bees - Great for a Christmas or Wedding Gift!
We give 4-5 hour private sessions for people who want to experience bee-keeping in a private setting.   We start out by talking about bees and bee-keeping, then open some hives and let you try it out for yourself.  Travelling to two or three bee-keeping sites, you get a memorable day and a kick-start on a new hobby.  

 £100 for two people for a 4-hour session.  Lunch, notes and protective clothing provided. 

Please note that we can only offer this during the summer months, i.e. June - September, because that is when the colonies are at their peak population.

Family Beekeeping Sessions
By appointment, we can introduce you and your whole family to the delight of a bee hive. With proper protective clothing and our supervision you will have a unique experience and we hope you will be inspired by our bees!  Don't worry - we have childrens' bee suits.  

Bee-Keeping Talks
We enjoy giving talks to schools, church groups and other organisations and bring lots of props for the children to enjoy.  We love talking to pre-schoolers (we're not sure how much they understand but we get a real kick out it!).
